The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) invites interested parties to participate in the Regional Webinar on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for Research and Development and Technology Transfer. The event is organized by the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and will take place on October 28, 2025, between 10:30 and 12:15, in an online format.

The webinar is intended for stakeholders from the Central European, Baltic and Mediterranean (CEBSMC) region, providing a platform for information and exchange of experience on collaboration models in research and development and technology transfer, as well as the alternative dispute resolution services offered by WIPO in this context.

The program includes presentations by WIPO experts and experienced specialists in the field of mediation and arbitration, followed by an interactive question and answer session. The event is aimed in particular at representatives of research and development centers, technology transfer offices, universities, innovation agencies, legal and intellectual property practitioners, as well as other entities involved in the innovation ecosystem.
