In order to improve the service delivery system in the intellectual property protection field, the new version of the List of services provided by AGEPI was approved upon applicants request for payment, as well as the execution deadlines and fees for their provision (Order of Director General of AGEPI No. 88 of 28.05. 2010). The new conditions on the provision of services will come into force on 1 August 2010.

Updating of the list of services and fees for services rendered by AGEPI at the request of applicants was made in accordance with paragraph 14 of the AGEPI Statute approved by Government Decision No. 1378 of 13.12.2004 and paragraph 2 of the Government Decision No. 774 of 13.08.1997 on fees for legal services in the intellectual property objects protection field.

The list of services rendered by AGEPI upon applicants request for payment, of execution deadlines and fees for their provision, approved by Order No. 88, are published in BOPI and on the AGEPI Internet page.
