The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) invites both specialists working in the field of intellectual property (IP) and representatives of institutions and organizations in the field of science and innovation, central public administration authorities with responsibilities in the field of enforcement of intellectual property rights, authorized patent attorneys and counsellors in intellectual property, inventors, professors, students, master students and other persons interested in participating in the 22nd edition of the Annual Scientific-Practical Symposium “AGEPI Readings”. The event will take place on April 26, 2021, in online format.
The symposium is an annual event that is part of the series of events dedicated to World Intellectual Property Day, marked this year under the title “Intellectual Property and SMEs: Taking your ideas to market.”
The event is a good opportunity to promote new developments in the field of intellectual property, to exchange experiences, information and good practices, to identify new perspectives for the effective management of the biggest challenges in intellectual property.
During the event will be addressed issues relevant to the field of intellectual property, including the protection of IP rights and procedures for granting them, enforcement of intellectual property rights, judicial practice in resolving disputes in the field of IP, economic issues related to the evaluation and management of intellectual property, modern tools for uzing and promoting intellectual property, etc.
The registration of the participants will be done by filling in the registration form. Participation in the symposium is free. The event will take place in Romanian, on the ZOOM platform.
The deadline for registration for the Symposium and submission of papers for presentation is April 16, 2021.
