The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) invites all interested parties to participate in the Conference “Protection of Intellectual Property in the Digital Era”. The event will take place on March 31, 2022, in online format. The webinar is organized by the Association of Legal Culture Henri Capitant Moldova, within the framework of Jean Monnet Support to Associations in European Integration and Intellectual Property Protection Studies / EUPROIN project, implemented with the support of the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, in cooperation with AGEPI.
The purpose of this event is to foster and strengthen understanding and awareness of the role of intellectual property (IP) in the development, integration and economic growth of the country.
The Conference may be attended by representatives of public authorities, higher education institutions, research and development organizations and the business environment.
The discussions and debates will be organized into three panels:
- Protection of intellectual property in the digital era,
- Competition and intellectual property: interference and challenges in the digital era,
- European integration and intellectual property protection.
During the event, participants will have the opportunity to connect to an interactive environment and ask questions to the speakers, including specialists from AGEPI with vast experience in the fields covered.
Deadline for registration - 14 March 2022. The working languages will be English and Romanian.
