Eurasian Patent Office informs that from February 1, 2007 enters in force new Regulations on EAPO fees, according which the fees amount will be calculated in the Russian rubles. Moreover from December 6, 2006 it is stipulated by the EAPO order that from February 1, 2007 for payment of the services there will be fixed rates in the Russian rubles.

The new rates and fees will be fixed for the actions of juridical signification and for after of the services, that will be requested after February 1, 2007. The fees for maintaining the validity of the Euration patent will be fixed in the amount and currency determined by the national legislative acts of the member states of the Eurasian Patent Convention.
