On February 24, this year, Natalia Mogol, Deputy Director General of the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI), participated in the National Meeting “Women’s Leadership in the Republic of Moldova”, organized in online format within the program Women in International Security for Eastern Partnership (WISEP).
The event was a good opportunity to discuss and reflect on national mechanisms to encourage women’s participation in public and political life in the Republic of Moldova.
During the meeting, Natalia Mogol spoke to the participants about the challenges and opportunities of a woman in modern society. She emphasized that a modern society needs a modern approach to professional and personal life, based on the principle of gender equality.
The Women in International Security for Eastern Partnership project is designed to unite and empower women in Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries by developing and improving their own leadership skills. The project aims to strengthen women’s positions in international security and politics.
