The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) invites all interested parties to participate online in the Regional Conference on Intellectual Property and Creative Industries, held under the theme “Empowering Creativity for Sustainable Growth with Intellectual Property”.
The Conference will take place on 8–9 September 2025, starting at 09:30, at Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel, Sala Răut, Chisinau (physical access is limited, places are already occupied). Online participation is possible by accessing the ZOOM platform https://euipo-vitelsa-es.zoom.us/j/61131063185 (Webinar ID: 611 3106 3185), and the proceedings will be broadcast live on www.privesc.eu and on the official AGEPI Facebook page.
The proceedings of the Conference will be held in Romanian and English, with simultaneous translation provided throughout the sessions. The full Conference program can be consulted here.
The Conference is organized by AGEPI, in cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), in partnership with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova and with the support of the European Union-funded project “Strengthening Intellectual Property Rights in Moldova and Ukraine” (EU4IP).
The event will provide a platform for dialogue, exchange of knowledge and good practices for the effective exploitation of copyright and related rights, supporting innovation, creation and economic competitiveness.
The agenda includes:
- Opening speeches by officials from the Republic of Moldova and international partners;
- Informative sessions on global trends and regional priorities in the creative industries;
- Interactive roundtables with the participation of local and international experts.
The Conference will bring together decision-makers, creators, entrepreneurs, representatives of intellectual property offices, creative industries and international and regional organizations from the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Serbia and Lithuania.
