The Government of the Republic of Moldova, at its meeting on July 1, 2026, ordered the presentation of the Republic of Moldova’s Government Award “Outstanding Inventor” for 2025.

The Government’s order on presentation of the Republic of Moldova’s Government Award “Outstanding Inventor” for 2025 was developed pursuant to the provisions of Government Decision No 291/2000 on the establishment of the Republic of Moldova’s Government Award “Outstanding Inventor” and aims to present the aforementioned award for 2025, based on the results of the 19th edition of the International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT”, organized from December 3 to 5, 2025.

According to the valuation results of the scientific and innovative activity carried out by the jury of the International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT”, the award will be presented to Mr. Oleg Ciobanu, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Associate Professor at the Machinery Design Fundamentals Department of the Technical University of Moldova, researcher and inventor with outstanding activity in the field of mechanical engineering and mechatronics, for the invention entitled “Modular hybrid wind-solar system”.

The Republic of Moldova’s Government Award “Outstanding Inventor” is a form of recognition of outstanding contributions made in the field of research, innovation and valorization of the results of inventive activity. At the same time, it has the role of encouraging inventive activity, promoting professional excellence and stimulating the development of the innovative potential of the Republic of Moldova.
