The State Agency on Intellectual Property announces the initiation of the elaboration process of the Draft Government Decision on Amending Certain Normative Acts, through which amendments will be made in the Government Decision of the Republic of Moldova No. 8/2022 on the Mode and Conditions for Granting Permission to Use the Official or Historical Name of the State in the Trademark/Industrial Design and in the Government Decision of the Republic of Moldova No. 489/2008 on the National Commission on Intellectual Property, in order to update the list of responsible persons within the concerned authorities, taking into account the amendments made in the organizational structures and public functions aimed at the members of the said Commissions.
In order to make the process of drafting the draft normative act more efficient, we request the active involvement of all interested parties by presenting proposals in this regard.
The proposals are to be sent by April 1, 2024, in electronic format, to the address: office@agepi.gov.md.
