The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) and the Public Association “Action for Justice” (AFJ) signed a Cooperation Agreement in the field of intellectual property.
By signing this agreement, AGEPI and AFJ aim to strengthen their efforts and effectively use the intellectual and material potential available to both parties. One of the main goals of the cooperation is to promote the national intellectual property (IP) system among members of the “Action for Justice” community. Thus, AGEPI and AFJ will work together to inform and educate association members on the importance and benefits of intellectual property.
The cooperation also aims to support and promote training activities and continuous development of members’ IP skills. By organizing seminars, courses and other events, AGEPI and AFJ aim to improve members’ level of knowledge and competences in this vital field.
Another important aspect of this agreement is the facilitation of mutual access to relevant information. AGEPI and AFJ will cooperate to ensure the exchange of information between the two entities, thus facilitating members’ access to intellectual property resources and knowledge. Through this cooperation, AGEPI and AFJ aim to create a favorable environment for the development and correct application of intellectual property rights in the Republic of Moldova.
The signing of this Cooperation Agreement between the two entities represents an important step in the promotion of intellectual property among the “Action for Justice” community and other beneficiaries of AFJ projects. By strengthening efforts and sharing expertise, this cooperation will help develop a culture of respect for intellectual property and stimulate innovation and creativity in our society.
