The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) launched a special training course in the field of intellectual property, aimed at consolidating knowledge and developing skills for the provision of qualified services for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
During the opening event, the Deputy Director of AGEPI, Natalia Mogol, welcomed the participants in this course and emphasized the importance of deepening knowledge in the field of intellectual property.
“This course aims to enhance skills and knowledge of the importance of intellectual property, with particular emphasis on aspects related to the protection and enforcement of rights in intellectual property objects,” said Natalia Mogol.
The course is held in a mixed format, combining training with physical and online presence, and will run until November 30 this year. The program includes theoretical and practical sessions on the main intellectual property objects, including inventions, plant varieties, trademarks, geographical indications, industrial designs, copyright and related rights, as well as the economics and valuation of intellectual property.
The trainings are supported by specialists from AGEPI, who will share with the participants their knowledge and practical experience in the field.
Through this initiative, AGEPI contributes to strengthening expertise in the field of intellectual property and to promoting the effective protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights in the Republic of Moldova.
