According to the Joint Decision of the Supreme Council for Science and Technological Development of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova and the National Council for Accreditation and Attestation No.93 of July 18, 2017 „On the approval of the results of evaluation and classification of specialized scientific journals”, Journal „Intellectus” is accredited in the C classification category to the profiles: science of law, engineering sciences and technologies, biological sciences, chemical sciences, economical sciences.
AGEPI, as founder and publisher, and CNAA as co-publisher of the publication, support the Open Access policy and undertake to provide access to the Journal „Intellectus”, which is a scientific publication with Open Access.
Online access to the full text of the journal is open from 2012 to the present.
The journal allows authors to hold the copyright without restrictions. The journal offers Open Access online to the full texts of the articles, allows reusing and mixing (reading, downloading, copying, printing, distributing) its content under the CC BY license.
Creative Commons Attribution License
The Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY) allows users to copy, distribute and transmit an article, adapt the article and make commercial and non-commercial use of the article, as long as the author is properly attributed. Authors grant the MSU a license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher. Authors also grant any third party the right to use the article freely as long as its original authors, citation details and publisher are identified.
Scientific articles are subjected to a double and blind review.
The Journal „Intellectus” does not apply the CPA and does not charge fees for the submission, processing and publication of works.
The articles published in the Journal „Intellectus” are stored in the Electronic Scientific Library of the Information Society Development Institute (ISDI): National Bibliometric Instrument (NBI) and can be accessed at: https://ibn.idsi.md/en/intellectus.
The Journal „Intellectus” aims at multilaterally and competently reflecting intellectual property issues, elucidating the provisions of national and international legislation in the field of IP, publishing scientific and methodological materials, making the information about the intellectual treasure of the Republic of Moldova available to the public, etc. The Journal also treats thoroughly the procedures for acquiring the protection of intellectual property, reveals the rights enforcement and observance and IP objects exploitation mechanism, publishes studies signed by researchers from various fields of science, economics and technology. (In 2017, 33 scientific articles were published).
The Journal was distributed in the period 1995-2008 through the centralized „Posta Moldovei” and „Moldpresa” systems, as well as directly through the AGEPI library. Since 2008 it is distributed only through the AGEPI library. It is dispatched free of charge to the institutes of the ASM, university libraries, National Library, in 17 district libraries with which cooperation agreements are concluded, as well as to the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks of Romania, to the editorial board of the Romanian Journal of Industrial Property, to „Gh. Asachi” University of Iasi, IP offices of Ukraine and the Russian Federation and other international organizations. The Journal is included in the International Database VINITI - Russia and is placed systematically on the AGEPI website: www.agepi.gov.md.
