On 29 May this year, the State Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Moldova (AGEPI) and the Association of Auditors and Management Consultants in the Republic of Moldova JSC “Ecofin-Consult” signed a Consultancy Contract on providing services for the documentation and implementation of the Management System according to the reference standard ISO 9001:2008.

JSC “Ecofin-Consult” has been designated as a winner of the contest on providing consultancy services for the implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9001, announced by AGEPI in March (/sites/default/files/pdf/noutati/2012/invitatie-concurs-sistema-iso-9001.pdf.).

Thus, according to the contract signed by the parties, AGEPI will benefit, for the space of a period of six months, by a set of consulting services provided by JSC “Ecofin-Consult”, such as: carrying out of an audit to assess the existing management system in AGEPI, presenting an evaluation report; drafting of the Management System and Action Plan for implementation of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008; management team training; assistance in implementing the Management System according to the developed Action Plan; assistance in carrying out the internal audit to detect the non-conformities after the implementation of the Action Plan; assistance in planning how to maintain the Management System, etc.

The endpoint of this agreement is the provision by JSC “Ecofin-Consult” of assistance during the AGEPI certification audit according to ISO 9001:2008.

On June 5 this year, members of the JSC “Ecofin-Consult” team, in the person of Mr. Ion Prisacaru, president of the company, Mrs. Cornelia Sulea, chief auditor, consultants Angela Corcodel and Rodica Prisacaru, had a working meeting with the management team of AGEPI.

The same day was held a first training of AGEPI subdivision managers on the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008, lecturer Mrs. Cornelia Sulea, chief of the consultancy team. Each participant received the Course Support for AGEPI on training in the field of Quality Management System.

At 28 units (organizations) the Association of Auditors and Management Consultants from the Republic of Moldova “JSC Ecofin-Consult” has implemented the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001, 2000 and 2008 version.
