The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) informs that it is returning to its usual program of activity with the public, namely: Monday - Friday, from 8:00 to 16:30, with lunch break from 12:00 to 12 30.

We should specify that, in accordance with the Government Decision of the Republic of Moldova No. 332 of June 3, 2020, on how to recover the days declared free by the Commission for Exceptional Situations of the Republic of Moldova, the institution continues to operate on Saturdays, as follows: July 4, July 18, August 1, August 15, September 5, September 19, October 3, October 17, October 31 and November 14, according to the usual work schedule.

We should remind you that the applicants can submit applications for patenting/registration of intellectual property objects both physically to the AGEPI headquarters and online, 24/24, through the e-AGEPI service (https: //e-servicii.agepi.gov.md/ro). The submission of applications and related documents and the collection of payments will be made between 8:30 and 16:00, with lunch break from 12:00 to 12:30. Consultations regarding the registration of intellectual property objects and other necessary information are available at the telephone number 022 400 500, during the activity program of AGEPI.
