On 29 November this year, the Commission for Attestation of candidates for obtaining the qualification of attorney in intellectual property within AGEPI has attested five new attorneys.
We should note that, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 5 of the Regulations on the Activity of Attorneys in Intellectual Property, approved by Government Decision no. 541 of 18.07.201, three of the candidates have obtained the qualification of patent attorney without taking an examination in intellectual property. Or, the Regulations provides that a person who has a practice of at least 3 years in the field of intellectual property or higher education in this field or passed courses for counselor in intellectual property can acquire the qualification of patent attorney without examination.
