The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) informs the interested persons about the publication of the following list (No. 99) of the unregistrable international denominations proposed for the pharmaceutical products on the official page of the World Health Organization (WHO) on the address http://www.who.int/medicines/publications/druginformation/innlists/en/index.html in order to receive oppositions from the interested persons. The term of representation of the oppositions expires on October 31, 2008.

On the WHO page it is also published the list (No. 59) of the unregistrable international denominations recommended for the pharmaceutical products.
