The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) announces the extension of the registration deadline for the International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT” until October 2, 2017.

The event will be held from 15 to 8 November, at the International Exhibition Center “MOLDEXPO”.

The Exhibition “INFOINVENT” is at its 15th edition and is organized by AGEPI in partnership with the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, the Agency for Innovation and Technology Transfer, I.E.C. “MOLDEXPO”, with the support of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO).

The I.S.E. “INFOINVENT” is a forum for intellectual property, which aims at supporting and promoting intellectual property and creativity, attracting investments in innovation and technology transfer, realizing joint projects on the implementation of inventions, new technologies and materials in the national economy, as well as the development of international technical-scientific cooperation. The event is an ideal platform for business meetings between inventors, researchers and representatives of the business environment.

The exhibition can be attended by institutions/enterprises in the research and development sphere, entrepreneurs, scientists, inventors, entrepreneurs, teachers, students and pupils.

The works presented at the I.S.E. “INFOINVENT” can be exhibited in 5 compartments: inventions, plant varieties and industrial design, innovative products/services; innovative and technology transfer projects; creation of young people; cultural and creative industries.

An additional program of events, including seminars, roundtables and workshops, will be held in the exhibition.

Thus, local and international experts and practitioners, including representatives of WIPO, EPO and national intellectual property offices, will come forward with recommendations focused on the role of innovation and intellectual property in the successful development of businesses.

Representatives of over 20 countries will present their inventions at the exhibition.

The deadline for the submission of the application form is 2 October 2017.
