One of WIPO’s main strategies in providing quality services is increasing the diversification of professional workforce within WIPO. In addition to efforts to improve gender parity, WIPO strengthens its efforts to recruit staff on as wide a geographical area, in accordance with the WIPO Convention and the Regulation on the Staff.
