The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) participated in the universal summer expo-fair, which started the summer season 2021. The event took place from 23 to 25 June in the central square “Vasile Alecsandri” in Balti and was organized by Balti branch of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova (CCI of RM) and Balti municipality mayoralty.
The summer fair aimed to promote the domestic producer, expand domestic and foreign markets, establish new business contacts and strengthen public-private dialogue.
The theme of the expo-fair was:
- consumer goods: textiles and knitwear, haberdashery and leather goods, linen, cosmetics and perfumery, chemical goods, household goods, electrical appliances, handicrafts
- foodstuffs: sausages, dairy products, confectionery, soft drinks, juices, nectar, teas, oils.
The universal summer expo-fair offered consumers a rich assortment of local high quality, competitive goods and products, for every taste and at affordable prices.
During the exhibition, AGEPI representatives offered consultations on the theoretical and practical aspects of protection of intellectual property objects, sources of information in this field and distributed promotional materials to exhibitors.
The universal summer fair was attended by economic agents from Balti and Chisinau municipalities, Glodeni, Soroca, Drochia, Ungheni, Calarasi, Ceadir-Lunga towns and Singerei, Riscani, Falesti, Floresti, Briceni, Donduseni, Nisporeni, Ialoveni districts and the “Mihail Blanc” Children's Creation Center in Balti and folk craftsmen from the region.
