Industrial designs

Legal protection of industrial property objects, including of the industrial designs, shall be ensured on the basis of the registration thereof at the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI). The rights derived from the registration, legal protection and use of the industrial design, economic and non-economic relations, creation, legal protection and exploitation of industrial designs, shall be governed by the Law No. 161-XVI/2007 on the protection of industrial.
